Create a team-building advent-style game for employees.
Project:
A week-long interactive game delivered via chatbot, followed by a live online finale in Zoom.
Throughout the week, employees completed daily challenges:

creating and submitting their own videos
Participants earned points for each completed task. In the final stage, teams competed live during an online game session.
Result:
300 employees participated. The project boosted engagement, teamwork and morale across distributed teams.
